Led by Dr. Neha Sharma, this Vedansh's initiative uplifts grassroots leaders, caregivers, artists, educators, and community champions who are creating impact through compassion, courage, and connection. Through mentorship, peer support circles, storytelling, and leadership development, Changemakers turns lived experience into leadership. The campaign nurtures a growing network of people-powered change—across cultures, disciplines, and regions—ready to shape more inclusive, responsive, and resilient communities.

Most importantly, changemakers become part of a cross-cultural, cross-national network—a living community of people who are committed to healing, inclusion, and grassroots transformation.
